Engulfing Lightning [3D Printing STLs]
£15.00

This listing is for the 3D printing STL files for the Engulfing Lightning polearm from Genshin Impact. Please note that these are DIGITAL files only - you will NOT receive a physical product.

The model consists of 7 individual pieces. The model files are already split, with the maximum height of one piece measuring 198mm tall; this fits within the Z-axis height of most 3D printers. The head uses three 6mm wooden dowels and one 10mm wooden dowel to slot the pieces together; the end uses one 10mm wooden dowel.

Both pieces fit onto a 25mm diameter PVC pipe.

The overall length of the finished head is 66cm and the end is 35cm.

SVG vinyl files are included for the pole details if you intend to cut them out from adhesive vinyl and apply them as stickers (as I did).

Costume Details

This costume was originally sent to me by Role Cosplay. I was quite satisfied with the overall quality, particularly with the fabric choices, however it required a lot of modifications! Some of these modifications included:

  • Covering the gold details with gold glitter heat transfer vinyl

  • Remaking the stockings

  • Remaking the hair/ankle flowers from EVA foam

  • Remaking the entire back bow

  • Remaking the entire pauldron from EVA foam

  • Adjusting the fit of the obi/top/skirt

  • Replacing most of the accessories with resin-printed pieces, which I 3D modelled in Fusion360

Overall I think it would have been far easier just to make the whole costume myself from scratch, however buying a pre-made costume did save me a lot of money on custom printed fabrics!

I also 3D modelled and printed her signature weapon, Engulfing Lightning.
